1. General Provisions These terms govern the relationship between the company PE Foto Express, Severina Jelušič s.p., Prešernova ulica 10a, 2000 Maribor (hereinafter: the Provider) and our clients. By using our services, you agree to these terms. 2. Our Services The Provider offers photography services for official documents, providing e-photographer certificates and printed photos complying with national standards. 3. Prices and Payments All current prices are listed in Euros and are available on our website. VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94(1) of ZDDV-1. Payments must be made immediately after the service is completed on-site (cash or card). 4. Guarantee and Liability We guarantee that biometric photos are strictly made according to official standards. However, if a state authority (e.g., Administrative Unit) rejects the photo for technical reasons, we commit to a free retake upon presentation of proof of rejection and the receipt. 5. Copyright The photo materials and digital certificates become the exclusive property of the client upon handover. Unauthorized systemic abuse of the e-photographer system is forbidden. 6. Dispute Resolution We always try to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the court in Maribor will have jurisdiction under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
