Requirements and specifications
- Size: 35 × 45 mm
- Background: white or light grey
- Face: as straight toward the camera as possible (small deviations allowed for babies)
- Eyes: open (closed eyes allowed for babies)
- Mouth: closed, neutral expression
- No pacifier, toys, or headwear in the photo
- A parent may hold the child - hands are removed from the photo afterwards

Mandatory e-fotograf digital certificate from 2. 4. 2026
From 2 April 2026, a digitally certified e-fotograf photo is mandatory for issuing an ID card and passport. At Foto Express, we are fully prepared for the new system. We edit and digitally certify your photo in compliance with the law - quickly, correctly, and without complications.
